K9 Titan’s Watch Foundation is named in memory of Officer Titan, a beloved and revered member of the Cambria County law enforcement community, who died in the line of duty. Officer Titan exemplified the qualities of loyalty, courage, and unwavering dedication throughout his distinguished career, and it is in his memory that we pledge to continue supporting the vital work of K9 units in our community.
